যে কোন একিউট কন্ডিশন যখন ভয়ানক, অনিয়ন্ত্রিত, আক্রমণাত্মক, আকস্মিক টাইপের হয়,,, তখন একোনাইট বা আর্সেনিক এলবাম এর রোগী না হলে বেলেডোনা সবচেয়ে বেশি উপকারী এবং উপযোগী মেডিসিন হতে পারে । অন্তত একিউট আক্রমণ রোধ করার জন্য বেলেডোনা এক্ষেত্রে অসাধারণ মেডিসিন ।।।।

আকস্মিক ধরনের রোগে অতিরিক্ত উদবিগ্নতা ও অস্থিরতা থাকলে এবং তার সাথে মরে যাওয়ার ভয় বা মরে যাবে এরকম প্রকট অনুভূতি থাকলে একোনাইট এবং আর্সেনিক ভালো কাজে আসে ।

একোনাইটে মানসিক অস্থিরতাই প্রধান ব্যাপার ।তার সাথে একিউট কষ্টের তীব্রতা বা ব্যথা থাকে । হটাত কোন আগাম বার্তা ছাড়াই রোগের উতপত্তি হয় । ঠান্ডা বাতাসের প্রবাহ , আকস্মিক ভয় বা ঋতু পরিবর্তনে আকস্মিকভাবে রোগের তীব্র গতিতে বহিঃপ্রকাশ ঘটলে ,মৃত্যু ছাড়া তার আর কোন গত্যন্তর নেই এই আশংকা ,অনুভূতি , ভয় কাজ করলে একোনাইট যেকোন একিউট রোগাবস্থায় প্রয়োগ করা যায় । অথবা ক্রনিক রোগের এরকম পূর্ব সংকেত ছাড়াই একিউট উচ্ছাসে মেডিসিনটি চমতকার ফল দর্শাবে । একিউট অবস্থায় তীব্রতর পানির পিপাসা থাকলে উল্লেখিত লক্ষণগুলো একোনাইটের পক্ষে আরও জোরালো আবেদন জানায় ।

আর্সেনিক এলবামের ব্যাপারটা একোনাইট থেকে আরও যথেষ্ট ভিন্ন । একিউট রোগে আর্সেনিক রোগী একই সাথে শারীরিক ও মানসিকভাবে অস্থির , অধৈর্য্য ও তীব্রতর উদবিগ্ম থাকে । তার সাথে থাকে ভীষণ দুর্বলতা ।গভীর দুর্বলতা আর্সেনিকের সার্বদৈহিক ও নিশ্চিত লক্ষণ যার উপস্থিতিতে একোনাইট ও আর্সেনিক সহজেই আলাদা হয়ে যায় । আর্সেনিকামে ক্ষুধামন্দা থাকলেও পানির পিপাসা জোরালোভাবে থাকে । খুব অল্প পরিমাণ পানি পান করে – ঘন ঘন পান করে । একোনাইটে একটু বেশিই পান করে-সময়ের ব্যবধান আরও বেশি থাকে ।প্যাথলজিতে জ্বালাকর ব্যথা থাকা আর্সেনিকামে অনেক কমন বিষয় ।গলা,পাকস্থলী এবং নিচের পেটে একিউট রোগের সহিত জ্বালাকর যন্ত্রণা থাকে মাঝেমধ্যই ।
আর্সেনিকের রোগী একিউট কন্ডিশনে বমি , বমির উদ্রেগ ডায়রিয়ার সমস্যায় ভুগে । তার সাথে অকল্পনীয় দুর্বলতা , ভয় , অস্থিরতা ইত্যাদি থাকে । তারা একা থাকতে ভয় পায় । এজন্য বারবার সংগীর সংস্পর্শ চায় । রোগ আরোগ্য বা উদবিগ্নতার ব্যাপারে নিশ্চিত আশ্বস্তা চায় । রাতে বা মধ্য রাতে রোগের উত্তপত্তি বা বৃদ্ধি ঘটে ।
তাদের চামড়া ঠান্ডা , চটচটে থাকে । সমস্ত শরীরে শীত বেশি লাগে । এজন্য তারা শীত কাতর রোগী হয় ।কিন্তু আর্সেনিকের মাথায় গরম বেশি লাগে । শারীরিক প্রচন্ড শীতাবস্থায়ও মস্তকের গরম কাতরতা মেডিসিনটির বিশেষ বৈশিষ্ট্য হতে পারে ।

- বেলেডোনার একিউট জ্বর , ব্যথা , প্রদাহ , ইনেফেকশনিত যেকোন রোগ একোননাইটের মতো এতোটা হটাত শুরু হয়েই ভয়ংকর রুপ ধারণ করেনা সাধারণত । রোগের আসার পর কিছু সময় পার হয়ে যায় যখন তেমন তীব্রতর লক্ষণ প্রকাশ পায়না । কিছু সময় পর্যন্ত বেলেডোনার রোগী তার রোগটাকে পাত্তা দিতে চায়না । কিন্তু এর পর হটাত করেই রোগের ভীত নড়ে উঠে । সবকিছু উলটপালট হয়ে যায় ।রোগের তীব্রতা ভয়ংকর রপ নেয় । রক্তের প্রবাহ বেড়ে যায় নির্দিষ্ট প্যাথলজিতে । উত্তাপ দেখা দেয় । প্রলাপ অবস্থা সহ ভীষণ জ্বর । খিচুনি আসার উপক্রম হয় বা খিচুনী অলরেডি এসে যায় । তীব্র একিউট কন্ডিশনে রোগীর উম্মত্ততা , প্রলাপ , পাগলামি , গোংগানি , অস্থিরতা , জ্ঞান হারানোর অবস্থা হয় । প্রদাহিত স্থানে তাপ ও চাপবোধ বা দপদপানি ব্যথা ও রক্তিম রঙ ধারণ করে । সামান্যকাল পূর্বেও যার রোগের ব্যাপারে কোন গুরুত্ব ছিলোনা ,হাসি , খেলাধুলা , আনন্দ-বিনোদন যার মধ্য একদম স্পষ্ট ছিলো , আকস্মিক রোগের তীব্রতায় রোগীর সকল আন্দন্দ-উচ্ছাস-হালকাভাব সবই হারিয়ে গেছে ।
- আলো সহ্য করতে পারেনা ।সূর্যের আলোতে তার অতি-স্পর্শকাতরতা । এর সাথে উপস্থিত থাকে ঠান্ডা হাত-পা সহ উত্তপ্ত মস্তক এবং /অথবা প্রদাহের ঝাকুনি , স্পর্শকাতর ব্যথা , দপদপানি , আকস্মিকতা ,রক্তিম বর্ণ ।জ্বরের চরম অবস্থায়ও তৃষ্ণাহীনতা বেলেডোনার একটি অদ্ভুত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ লক্ষণ । প্রদাহিত স্থানে ঝিলিকবত ব্যথা,খিচুনী , গলা ব্যথা, মিউকাস মেমব্রেনের শুষ্কতা ইত্যদি গুরুত্বপুর্ণ লক্ষণ বেলেডোনার একিউট অবস্থায় সচরাচর পাওয়া যায় ।ব্যথাযুক্ত অংগে সামান্য ঝাকুনি লাগলেই অসহনীয় কষ্ট হয় বেলেডোনার রোগীর ।
