The effect of human eyes or evil eyes is true. It is true even if no scientist can find its truth. It is wise not to assume that science will solve all mysteries and certify all truths.
Similarly, we are influenced by people’s ideas. Metaphysical implications cannot be reconciled with ordinary logic. That’s why you should avoid promoting your own negative or weak things. Personal weaknesses and negative words should be said to someone who is a good hearted person, a good thinking person; And wish the good of others. It is best if you can give a good solution as well.
Muhammad peace be upon him has a beautiful hadith about this. The hadith supports such a metaphysical matter. It is said in the hadith that if someone sees a dream that he dislikes; Then he should not say it publicly or preach it to the public; Wake up from sleep and ask God for help; pray
Nothing more is said in the hadith. But from metaphysical studies I can take this meaning – that if negative dreams are talked about publicly, many people will firmly believe them; There is someone who is envious and wants this negative dream to come true. And from these beliefs and aspirations and discussions, an effect will be created in the metaphysical or immaterial world which will have an effect on the mind of the dreamer as well. In this way an energy field or spiritual field will be created. Many modern metaphysicians insist that human speech, imagination, belief, desire, etc. are the antecedents and preconditions of the physical or material world. Quantum physics says that human consciousness, observation, focusing is capable of influencing the supramolecular quantum world.
From these metaphysical or quantum science explanations, the meaning and purpose of the hadith of the Prophet can be clearly inferred. It can be assumed that if the negative dreams are propagated, it can create a really negative situation in real life. That is probably why the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked to keep the unpleasant dreams secret and to pray for deliverance from them. He not only asked to pray, but urged to pray as soon as he woke up.

একইভাবে মানুষের ধারণা দ্বরাও আমরা প্রভাবিত হয় । মেটাফিজিক্যাল প্রভাবগুলো সাধারণ যুক্তি দিয়ে মেলানো যায়না । এজন্য আপনার নিজের নেতিবাচক বা দুর্বল বিষয়গুলো প্রচার করে বেড়ানো এড়িয়ে চলা উচিত ।এমন কারো কাছেই ব্যাক্তিগত দুর্বলতা ও নেতিবাচক কথাগুলো বলা উচিত যিনি ভালো মনের মানুষ , ভালো চিন্তার মানুষ ; এবং অন্যের ভালো কামনা করেন । পাশাপাশি ভালো সমাধান দিতে পারেন এমন হলে সর্বোত্তম ।

মুহাম্মদ সাল্লাল্লাহু-আলাইহিস সালাম এর একটি সুন্দর হাদীস আছে এই ব্যাপারে। হাদীসটি মেটাফিজিক্যাল এরকম ব্যাপার সাপোর্ট করে । হাদীসে বলা হয়েছে কেহ যদি এমন স্বপ্ন দেখে যা তিনি অপছন্দ করেন ; তাহলে তিনি যেন তা পাবলিকলি বলে না বেড়ান বা জনসাধারণের কাছে প্রচার না করেন ; ঘুম থেকে জাগ্রত হয়ে আল্লাহর কাছে সাহায্য চান ; প্রার্থনা করেন ।

হাদীসে এর বেশি কিছু বলা হয়নি । তবে মেটাফিজিক্যাল স্টাডি থেকে আমি এই অর্থ নিতে পারি — পাবলিকলি নেতিবাচক স্বপ্নের কথা বলে বেড়ালে তা মানুষের মধ্য অনেকেই দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস করে নিবে ; হিংসুক কেহ আছেন এমন যে কিনা এই নেতিবাচক স্বপ্নের সত্যতা আসুক তা মনে মনে চাইবে । আর এই বিশ্বাস ও আকাংখা এবং আলোচনা থেকে একটা প্রভাব তৈরি হবে মেটাফিজিক্যাল বা অবস্তুগত জগতে যার প্রভাব তৈরি হবে স্বপ্নে দেখা ব্যাক্তির মনেও । এভাবে একটা এনার্জি ফিল্ড বা স্পিরিচুয়াল ফিল্ড তৈরী হবে । এখনকার অনেক মেটাফিজিস্ট জোর দিয়ে বলছেন মানুষের কথা , কল্পনা , বিশ্বাস , আকাংখা ইত্যাদি হলো ফিজিক্যাল বা বস্তুগত জগতের পূর্ব মুহুর্ত ও পূর্বশর্ত । কোয়ান্টাম পদার্থ বিজ্ঞান বলছে , মানুষের কনসাসনেস , পর্যবেক্ষণ , ফোকাসিং অতি-আণবিক কোয়ান্টাম জগতে প্রভাব ফেলতে সক্ষম ।

এসব মেটাফিজিক্যাল বা কোয়ান্টাম বিজ্ঞানের ব্যাখ্যাগুলো থেকে নবীজীর হাদীসের অর্থ ও উদ্দেশ্য স্পষ্ট অনুমান করা যায় । অনুমান করা যায় নেতিবাচক স্বপ্নগুলো যেখানে সেখানে প্রচার করলে তা বাস্তব জীবনে সত্যিই নেতিবাচক অবস্থা তৈরী করতে পারে । এজন্যই বোধহয় নব্বীজি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহিস সালাম অপছন্দনীয় স্বপ্নগুলো গোপন রাখতে বলেছেন এবং এই থেকে মুক্তির দোয়া করতে বলেছেন । শুধু দোয়া করতেই বলেননি , বরং জাগ্রত হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই দোয়া করতে তাগিদ দিয়েছেন ।
