Nothing more is said in the hadith. But from metaphysical studies I can take this meaning – that if negative dreams are talked about publicly, many people will firmly believe them; There is someone who is envious and wants this negative dream to come true. একইভাবে মানুষের ধারণা দ্বরাও আমরা প্রভাবিত হয় । মেটাফিজিক্যাল প্রভাবগুলো সাধারণ যুক্তি দিয়ে মেলানো যায়না । এজন্য আপনার নিজের নেতিবাচক বা দুর্বল বিষয়গুলো প্রচার করে বেড়ানো এড়িয়ে চলা উচিত ।এমন কারো কাছেই ব্যাক্তিগত দুর্বলতা ও নেতিবাচক কথাগুলো বলা উচিত যিনি ভালো মনের মানুষ , ভালো চিন্তার মানুষ ; এবং অন্যের ভালো কামনা করেন । পাশাপাশি ভালো সমাধান দিতে পারেন এমন হলে সর্বোত্তম ।
মুহাম্মদ সাল্লাল্লাহু-আলাইহিস সালাম এর একটি সুন্দর হাদীস আছে এই ব্যাপারে। হাদীসটি মেটাফিজিক্যাল এরকম ব্যাপার সাপোর্ট করে । হাদীসে বলা হয়েছে কেহ যদি এমন স্বপ্ন দেখে যা তিনি অপছন্দ করেন ; তাহলে তিনি যেন তা পাবলিকলি বলে না বেড়ান বা জনসাধারণের কাছে প্রচার না করেন ; ঘুম থেকে জাগ্রত হয়ে আল্লাহর কাছে সাহায্য চান ; প্রার্থনা করেন ।
হাদীসে এর বেশি কিছু বলা হয়নি । তবে মেটাফিজিক্যাল স্টাডি থেকে আমি এই অর্থ নিতে পারি — পাবলিকলি নেতিবাচক স্বপ্নের কথা বলে বেড়ালে তা মানুষের মধ্য অনেকেই দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস করে নিবে ; হিংসুক কেহ আছেন এমন যে কিনা এই নেতিবাচক স্বপ্নের সত্যতা আসুক তা মনে মনে চাইবে । আর এই বিশ্বাস ও আকাংখা এবং আলোচনা থেকে একটা প্রভাব তৈরি হবে মেটাফিজিক্যাল বা অবস্তুগত জগতে যার প্রভাব তৈরি হবে স্বপ্নে দেখা ব্যাক্তির মনেও । এভাবে একটা এনার্জি ফিল্ড বা স্পিরিচুয়াল ফিল্ড তৈরী হবে । এখনকার অনেক মেটাফিজিস্ট জোর দিয়ে বলছেন মানুষের কথা , কল্পনা , বিশ্বাস , আকাংখা ইত্যাদি হলো ফিজিক্যাল বা বস্তুগত জগতের পূর্ব মুহুর্ত ও পূর্বশর্ত । কোয়ান্টাম পদার্থ বিজ্ঞান বলছে , মানুষের কনসাসনেস , পর্যবেক্ষণ , ফোকাসিং অতি-আণবিক কোয়ান্টাম জগতে প্রভাব ফেলতে সক্ষম ।
এসব মেটাফিজিক্যাল বা কোয়ান্টাম বিজ্ঞানের ব্যাখ্যাগুলো থেকে নবীজীর হাদীসের অর্থ ও উদ্দেশ্য স্পষ্ট অনুমান করা যায় । অনুমান করা যায় নেতিবাচক স্বপ্নগুলো যেখানে সেখানে প্রচার করলে তা বাস্তব জীবনে সত্যিই নেতিবাচক অবস্থা তৈরী করতে পারে । এজন্যই বোধহয় নব্বীজি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহিস সালাম অপছন্দনীয় স্বপ্নগুলো গোপন রাখতে বলেছেন এবং এই থেকে মুক্তির দোয়া করতে বলেছেন । শুধু দোয়া করতেই বলেননি , বরং জাগ্রত হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই দোয়া করতে তাগিদ দিয়েছেন ।
